We will work together to strengthen our relationship with the Diocese. We see our sacred space as a spiritual center serving the Greater Cincinnati region - partnering with the community to offer spiritual enrichment through cultural and educational experiences.
A commitment to work together
We believe strengthening our relationship with the Bishop and the entire Diocese will increase our collective interest in helping our community live into the good news of Jesus Christ. We are committed to identifying opportunities to collaborate on common ministries with churches in the Diocese and churches throughout the community.
A Spiritual Center in the City
The Cathedral's long history as a sacred space in the city and our downtown location uniquely positions the Cathedral to serve as a spiritual center for the region. As a spiritual center for the region we are committed to providing the community with a variety of opportunities that enrich and enhance spiritual growth.
A commitment to spiritual growth and partnerships
We see education and the cultural arts as a means to engage, enrich and enhance the spiritual lives of individuals. Reactivating the Taft Memorial Committee gives the Cathedral the opportunity to offer new programs/education to the larger community. We also recognize CCC's long history and tradition of having one of the city's finest music programs. We will build on this strength and the connections we have with the arts community to create partnerships and collaborations. Partnerships will help us expand our reach and ability to present the community with a variety of spiritual enrichment opportunities, enabling us to build and extend the Cathedral's community through common interests and shared goals.
